Diamond,
I’ve read the same post and while it was comforting to hear that certain molecules will remain exclusive to us, it still results in increased awareness by the general public.

With that it becomes inevitable many will find their way here. Just look at the number of people who arrive after Oceans 13 plays on cable.
The difference being those people come from an impetus of genuine curiosity and therefore IMO, are more deserving then those guided here by
some AD (or company name on a bottle).

I remember reading a bit of ‘MM’ theory years ago (before the VH1 show aired). While I never bothered to implement it in a literal sense, it did have some value. A value that was diminished once it became public knowledge and people decided to apply it… poorly.

A commercial launch may very well be the way for Androtics to survive,
and in that sense I truly wish them success.
However I can’t help but feel in the pit of my stomach it’s sort of a necessary evil.

it can be a double edge sword as they say,

many people will dismiss it as being another axe copy who do not know better

and it will also help sustain Androtics to survive hopefully in this bad economy and hopefully bring AD to another level for research or whatever their plan is,

the problem i see them going commercial is people who buy ammo will try it a few times like this reporter and say it does not work because they have no clue what they are doing, look how long it takes people to understand pheros on the forums, and now you have people who in a dept store see it and say oh look it will help me attract women but it does not work? when they spray it 5 times too many?

That’s the trouble with being a pioneer, you take all the rough stuff and stride out in front only for the sick, lame and plain lazy to come along and moan that the ice machine doesn’t work. Just remind yourself that we will always be a couple of steps ahead of the masses. I understand your point, I would love to keep this as our secret but that’s not going to happen.

As you said, MM worked, then the media got hold of it and a load of halfwits screwed it up. Equally, Walt Disney was rejected by something like 100 banks before he was successful. There will always be leaders and pioneers and there will always be the lazy who don’t do things properly and blame it on the product, that’s human nature. Same as the idiot who made this video, now he could have researched this, used it properly and recorded a decent film with his findings, instead he chose to take the cheap shot and ended up looking like an idiot.

I would rather have a little recognition from a few people on here, whose opinion I respect and value than a million hits on some youtube crap any day of the week. Anyone who has taken the time and trouble to do their research and even post once on here will know what a valuable resource this forum is and, as such, has demonstrated 10 times more intelligence than Mr ’ I can’t even read what printed on the bottle’

If it had a clinical name would it change all those awesome things about Androtics?

There are things that are okay when small amounts of people use them, that would be HORRIBLE if large amounts of people used them.

Like heavy amounts of androstenone.

Then there are things that create nearly endless win-win-win situations.

Very good point. I agree with you. This forum and the related store will be much harder to find after a launch. We already have enough amazing people in our cutting edge group. If anymore can find us after we intentionally make ourselves hard to find, they’ll likely be worthy of admittance to the group.

MM theory is still doing fine, the problem is the canned material. The “canned material” became worthless after the show. (at least for a few years) That’s the stuff is what we used to call “pickup lines” pre-MM, and lines were always sort of cheesy and worthless.

The true understanding that MM offered and continues to offer is probably far over the heads of most people who watched that show. It takes someone truly interested and at least somewhat intelligent to really understand it.

Take my brother. He’s tried lines from that show. The theory he doesn’t understand AT ALL. Almost everyone I know who understands the actual theory is a very bright person. The kind of person that most women really should be exposed to, anyway.

I’d say that it was a “necessary evil” if we chose to focus on androstenone heavy mixes, or things that are double edged swords like androstadienone.

Let me give you some backstory, if you’ve haven’t seen it…

We’ve attracted some of the big guns in marketing to help us, some of the most genius people on the planet in that area, because we’ve been able to spray them with some of our weirder molecules and they can see the effects right away. You TAF someone enough, TAA 'em, or wash them in Honesty, and they know some weird chemical voodoo going on.

These type people get excited when there’s something new in the world, because they’re usually working on new angles of selling the “same old, same old.” It gets their juices going again. Maybe got into marketing in the first place because they wanted to let the world know about new things. So we’re attracting a great amount of attention in this powerful area.

Now with any type of great power (great technology, great marketing power, etc) comes great responsibility. That’s why we’ve made the intentional decision to mostly put an abundance of social mones into the public atmosphere, with very little of the aggressive or potentially dangerous ones.

We actually put the brakes on working with some of these powerful marketers, before we had our mission and intentions outlined in an absolutely crystal clear way.

We didn’t want to be yet another company that unwittingly does damage the world around it, and the people in it. Like how Coca-Cola makes some nice tasting drinks, but is equally very successful at distributing both aluminum and diabetes to every corner of the globe. You can’t look at a photo series of anything from Israeli solders to tribal people, without seeing a Coke can in one of them!

If you look at the first commercial Ammo test pack, you’ll see that mixes like those provide a pretty strong social “halo” effect. With many of the mixes, there’s significant social and mood elevating benefits for A) the wearer, b) the targets (making people FEEL GOOD is the most noble way to influence 'em! unlike all that Machiavellian and Robert Green crap), and c) for the bystanders.

Yes, we’re intentionally looking to see what effects are created with what most call “stolen hits”. Or what we wittily call it “Second hand hit” (like second hand smoke)

That’s because this is how nature designs everything. Or this is what lasts through the raves of evolution, anyway. Everything with lasting power creates win-win-win-to-infinity type situations. Things that are basically good for everyone and everything on the planet succeed.

The short term trick for us, technically, is providing a mostly social mixes that give enough sexually charged IOIs. It’s a tough balancing act, especially since pheromones can work very differently based on the person wearing them. The “ulterior motive”, though, is definitely world improvement. We want to add something substantial to the world, like Edison did with the lightbulb.

At the same time advances in hygiene improved the world, it also took away much of the natural social magic that each of our body’s create with our own pheromones. If we can add a lot of that back w/o making people stink or creating antisocial vibes, then we _will_ making a significant contribution at both an individual and macro level.

The effectiveness of some of their current mixes is really quite astonishing, which may partially explain reservations about sharing it publicly.
Despite that, I too am hopeful and excited about future products.

Yeah, but man does it get annoying.
This forum is full of very intelligent people who I’m sure can empathize with the feeling of discovering something new, telling their friends about it, initially being ridiculed for it, then have them apply it latter and not even mention its origin.

This is very reassuring because the thought of a massive influx of people all asking the same questions without bothering to use the search feature is quite alarming.

Ordinarily I’d be very skeptical of any company making that statement, however Androtics has proven to be exceedingly noble in most of its actions and as such has earned my optimism.

Thank you for all the replies.
While we may differ on opinion from time to time I hope you all appreciate the discourse as much as I do.

There is a very strong positive side to this farce. There is an old marketing adage that is very true: “There is no such thing as bad publicity as long as they spell the name right.”

Long after anyone remembers anything this yahoo had to say about Androtics or their products, they will remember and recognize the name - without any negative connotations.

It depends on how you look at it, LaPew. A commerical launch will potentially put these powerful harmonizing pheromones in the hands of many more people. Less aggression, more bonding, more positive social interaction… all the things we users and testers have been reporting on for so long… out there in mass use… is an awesome potential!

A commercial launch is not evil, it is a good thing. And making money is not evil. It is a good thing, especially if it helps Androtics expand and get those goodies into even more hands. And the bigger Androtics gets, the more efficiently and cheaply they can produce those molecules, making them even more affordable and getting them into even more hands.

It is all good. 🙂

All this is true, Diamond, and I agree… mostly. Except for this: Even though this idiot doesn’t know what he is doing, and did a deplorable job of testing the pheromones, and did his best to discredit the products… he still was walking around with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and TUTH on. And those products were being inhaled by people when he went indoors, when he was still long enough to diffuse. We won’t hear the reports of effects on those people exposed… but, they are being exposed and affected just the same.

So around him, some people maybe were a little more honest, the air maybe got a little clearer around him, some people maybe were a little aroused, not knowing why, and grabbing their sweeties for a little tumble later on…

My point is, even though he is badmouthing the product and trying very hard to discredit Androtics, the environment around him maybe, just maybe, got to be a little bit better place.

And, because this is on youtube, you know that people came to Androtics - out of curiosity if nothing else - because of seeing this video. Some of those curious people will take the time to read the forums, and some of those will become testers and users, and learn the truth for themselves.

It is all good. 🙂

> All kidding aside I hope you plan on providing explicit detailed directions on how to use ammo? Even if it is a much less none version of ammo, if the person who bought it still thinks it is not doing anything they will not be buying it again and think it is a scam.
>
> Otherwise I think everything you are planning on doing is great, but I don’t think ammo and pheros are that great they can sell themselves IMO, because as we all say it is 10% pheros, and 90% the person. Most people are not going to know that person just sprayed ammo and got secondary hits off of it, and neither is the person who bought it. Majority of people out there are skpetical becuase there are way too many scam artists.
>
> I am not trying to be negative but a realist, I just do not see why you want to make it hard for people to buy it to find the forum? I know in the IT world, forums are our way of life and way of supporting users. A good IT company has a great support structure. I know this is not an IT company, but just to give an example when i first started in pheros I had no clue what I was doing and if it were not for this forum i would have thought they were a scam, and would have stopped buying them after the first time if it were not for this great forum, and it took me a while to grasp and understand them.

I agree!!! I volunteer to write the _ **How To** _ instruction pamphlets!!! 😃 We could include them in the box!

Diane,

You never cease to amaze me, you take something like this video and still manage to see the good in it. I consider myself an optimist, you take it to another level 😃

@ Jasmin, go on, get Diane to write the instruction pamphlets, I doubt very much if anyone would be able to blame it on the ammunition if they don’t get hits 😉

LOL, Diamond! I’m not an optimist. I’m a realist! I just try very hard to not let other’s negativity affect my perceptions of _all_ the angles.
