I have been using Instant Gentleman and a spray or two of Instant Shine at work. At first I was extremely skeptical about these [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) and the first hour or so seemed to support my doubts. Things seemed pretty much the same and I didnt see much of a difference, but when I started interacting a bit more with some of the co-workers (mainly when the store died down a bit and on break/lunch) I did notice that I was getting a lot more attention than what I usually did. There were co-workers that I rarely ever talk to that all of a sudden were talking like we were old friends. I did notice I had a slight confidence boost as well after using the cologne. I was initially trying to get a positive response from a somewhat older co-worker, as I had stated in my introduction, unfortunately I was unable to see if these pheromone sprays had any effect on her since we had some big sales going on and so we did not say much. We work Wednsday together, and maybe will go out to dinner or something before then. So we will see. I did learn though that the products alone do not get you hits. You need to take the step to initiate the interactions and thats when pheromones take effect. ---

congratz! im glad to hear success!!! 😃 but i musssssst request one thing from u 😜 (to make it more helpful for others) the amount of sprays and locations, are very helpful! and your absolutely correct! pheros don’t do all the work. they are just the nice loud crome pipes on a Harley 😃 ill be looking out for you posts 🙂, also make sure that u test in a wide array of places and situations seeing how the pheros convay a message, but it is up to the person and you if they will accept that message. good job -nate p.s. might want to start a journal on here, look at some the otherones get a scence of how they do it and start your own, it is a good way to track you journy //😃 lol// and let others read about it also 😛 ---

I had used 3 sprays of [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) (one on my hair, one on my chest, and one on my wrists) and I had used 1 spray of Instant Shine on my neck. I am definately going to get some more to test out and try and figure out which would be best for me to use at work, casual situations, dates, etc. Haha I will definately have to start a journal. I am running on no sleep right now though and am about to pass out haha. But I will definately start one sometime this week. ---

yeah, i know what u mean bout the no sleep… i wishing i didnt move back home for the summer, it has its pros an cons, mom blasting her morning news in the morning wakeing me up after i went to bed at 3 am… but closer to party town XD i love i shine !!! 😃 not for the effect on others but for the self effect it is great 😛 ---

Oh yeah. I did notice the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) effect on myself. Friday night I believe it was I had used about 3 sprays of it and was pretty happy haha. Yeah no sleep sucks ass. I just have major insomnia and I am trying to not use my sleeping pills. Ambien makes me feel horrible in the morning hahaha. ---

And it sounds like we got another Phero junkie on are hands. These pheros do work on people, sometimes you see them, other times not. Just the other night I was out hanging with a bar owner not at his bar and maybe said 5-10 words to these 3 girls that were beside us. I left around midnight. I find out those 3 girls when I went to his bar a couple days later, asked him who I was. So with that said when you see nothing the pheros are still working!!! That was the first time that has happened to me. Have fun and welcome. ---

You hit on a great combination with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Instant Shine. Just a suggestion, try two sprays on Instant Gentleman on your neck and one split between the inside of your wrists. It helps to diffuse your phero cloud over a larger area and affect others from further away. Keep up the great reporting! ---

Hmm. No I do not have any Instant Openness. I plan on trying A314 for work, but 70 bucks a bottle…Yikes. Hahaha. [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) looks like a good one too, but I read on the forums that it has been out of stock for a while now. ---

as your new to the phero world hold off on A314, the stuff is great, but you can get the same general effect with instant Gentlemen. - instant Gentlemen is better in certain ways, you don’t get “respect distance” like you do with A314. but A314 is deffinantly something you could use, just wouldnt waste money (not a waste of money but there other things you can do with it 😛) on it right now till you get more experianced.
