Hey, I recently have been trying pheros for the first time ever, I went with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and Turn up the Heat… although I’d have to say that any positive effect on women are inconclusive so far \*(my GF seems to shy away, but my ex GF seems to like it… she starts calling me after we met with pheros I have noticed I get aggressive with 2 sprays of each phero… twice I’ve lost it in the street and basically picking a fight with people behaving badly in traffic… not good, I might get hurt! Anyone else noticed anything similar?

Aggression in self or others is commonly reported with tuth but not with ishine.

I can get a little more aggressive with high doses of 'none. What you need to do is learn to turn that aggression into POSITIVE action not negative meaningless stuff like getting irritable or starting fights. When I feel the extra aggression from the high 'none dose I remind myself that I am going to experience that hightened irritability IF I allow myself to do so. Instead I look for opportunities to direct it in a positive direction - being more outgoing - “cocky/funny” kinda thing.

This is an important lifeskill with any negative emotions - channel it into positive action. Angry - do something POSITIVE to correct the situation. Remember - living well is often the best revenge for those to wish you harm. You can only live well most or all of the time if you channel the negative into postive.

Hi NIceFire,
that “Phero Rage” happened to me too, but only on the beginning and with AMMO. In fact, lately I called it the “[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) effect”. Anyway, after some time this effect vanished. The curious thing is that I can use TUTH without problem, while AMMO gave me some of this kind…

Ok, for now it’s all.

See ya

I experienced the exact same type of irritability with IShine and Turn Up The Heat (2 sprays each). I literally was on edge and much more aggressive.

I had to remind myself that it was TUTH affecting my own persona as well as others around me.

I’m out of TUTH and switched off to IShine and AMMO. No ill effects using AMMO but I think I will order TUTH and only use 1 spray. I also think that I became used to wearing TUTH as time moved along and the aggressive behavior diminished tremendously. I guess my own body chemistry started to efficiently process the -none.

It would help to know how much of each and wear you sprayed them on your body. I see you posted 2 sprays how long have you been using them. Is it daily ? Did you feel aggressive from the first time you used it?

Tuth is strong and unbuffered. Your probably using to much even though at 36 you shouldnt have to much of a problem.

Dont use any for a few days and be sure to use antibactrial soap and wash application points well during that off time period. THis will take care of any buildup you have.

I would then go back and start with a half a spray of tuth. and 2 or 3 of Ishine and see how that go’s/ Use the tuth first and cover with the Ishine.

Also keep in mind the enviroment your wearing it in. TUTH is not for everyday use. Its for one on one encounters or club atmospheres where you want to create some sexual tension and be aggressive in picking up the girl. . Dont go walking down the street with it on. Its designed to make you aggressive in the bedroom.

Ammo which has the same amount of anonein it is buffered and balanced so you can wear that out and about without the aggression taking hold.
