Hi Jamo,

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is probably a good starting point for people like yourself, then build from there, moving onto Turn up the Heat etc. I’d also like you to read about the social or instant range of products here in [The Mens Guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mens-pheromone-guide-revised-6-15/12168)
