# Hola my friends. I am new, advice please?

Hi, Ryo94ZXZ.

I´m kind of a newbie too, onlybeen wearing mons for about 6 -7 weeks.

If i were you, i would get some Instante Gentelman and some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Both of them make me feel kind of cool and relaxed, and people tend to lime me more.

I would also suggest you to get some Instant Opennes, as you want to get better reactions from people you aproach.

There is a lot of people who is more qualified than me to give you advice. In order to make things easier for them, you sould tell something more about yourself, your objectives, something more about your personality and what you hope pheromones will do for you.
