# Holosync : Who has tried it ?

I just purchased Holosync CD. It seems to be a popular brainwave entrainment, using binaural beats, and you have to relax and to listen to it for one hour daily.

I am still waiting for it, but I am curious to know if anyone has already tried it here ?

You do realise there are lots of binaural beat recordings that you can download for free?

Also, it is a load of bollocks, spurred-on by spurious “moral panic” stories in the media.

Get yourself some proper electronic music and really see where your mind can go, with or without chemical enhancement. 😉

This stuff is pitched as being - “A high without drugs”

It is also sold as an alternative to meditation that will do everything from making you rich and live longer, learn more, and discover your inner self.

It aint all that - snake oil.
