One of the waitresses was getting off work and after changing out of her Hooters uniform came back to join us for a drink and a bite to eat, then ended up staying with us for hours. > > My friend can get pretty loud and boisterous after a couple of drinks and last night was no different. Next thing we know he and his waitress are sitting at our table too. > > 2 guys showed up riding in a Hummer Limo and end up at the table behind us. They end up joining our conversation and party too. The off work waitress made a comment about the limo and one of the guys looked at her then at me, and asks if we want to go for a ride around the block in it. My buddy here’s this and says he wants to ride in it too. I ask the guy if he’s serious and he says “sure, we’re gonna be here for awhile, why not” Next thing I know there’s like 3 more waitresses and a couple guys jumping on the bandwagon too. The limo guy says come on and walks out with us, goes up and says something to the driver, then the driver gets out of the limo and opens the door for us and like 8 of us pile in. The ride around the block turned into like a 45 minute drive and we are going all over the place, until we told him we really needed to be getting back. > > When we finally do get back, I tell the guys that had the limo that I want to buy them a drink for their hospitality, and they refuse, instead insisting on buying all of us a drink, and partying with us till they left. > > By the end of the night we were the life of the party, and pretty much everybody in our section was either part of our party or trying to be. Man that sounds like quite the mix. There are an absolutely insane amount of things going on there. I haven’t even tried half of those individual molecules, but this really makes me want to further expand my horizons. ---

Props to mark for going to the bar by himself. I go to the bar by myself since my crew broke up some time ago. I thinks its fine. What do u guys think bout that just curious. I figure my money is green and thats all that matters. ---

I always go to bars by myself, whether I am meeting anybody there or not, unless I am on a date. The reason for going by yourself is that you can leave when you are ready, you’re free to hookup with anybody you want, and are not depending on anybody, nor is anybody else depending on you for a ride. I go to a country western nighclub pretty much every Thursday and Saturday, always by myself and I refuse to take any dates there, cuase that’s MY HANGOUT. And I do Hooters on Tusdays and Fridays. Tusdays by myself, and Fridays a friend or 2 usually meet me there. It’s just more fun going by yourself. ---

Mark u sound like me alot. I love to drive myself everywhere. So I am not stuck there. I am very independent and have learned to rely on me only. I have friends but they are scattered all over this great country. Mark, do women think u are weird when u go out by yourself or do they think u have balls. thats one I have yet to figure out. ---

I have had girls ask me if I’m there by myself, and my reply is “I always come by myself”. They never really say anything beyond that, or or act differently towards me. And, since you asked and got me to thinking, it seems to me that the girls that do ask that question are usually the ones that something ends up happening with. ---

Now that’s a tough one! I guess I would probably have to say it would have to be either a girl that I knew who told me that she had broken up with her boyfriend and we should hookup, or a really drunk girl I’d met who within a few minutes was making out with, dancing with and she was hanging all over me. I have posted both of these and the mixes worn at the time in my journal, but offhand, I don’t remember.
