Hi all.. I’m a newb in the phero world. I am here to try and find something that will help me not be so painfully shy. Most people say to me “when I first met you, I thought you were stuck up” or “a bitch”. It’s very hard for me to make eye contact with any men at all.. I get super shy & have to look away. I’m not ugly.. and I should have more confidence, but it doesn’t come easily to me. I do have my days though. It’s almost like I avoid all situations that I would get attention from men. Hopefully this will help me break out of my shell & I could actually find someone I like enough to date 😛 I think I’m going to start with shine & [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/)? Hi and Welcome! This is an awesome place to learn what 'mones can do for you 🙂 and the people are SO nice and helpful too. You sound like you have a pretty good idea of what you want out of this and Instant Shine and Instant Sexiness sound like a great start. I’d also add some [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). (helps you appear open, easy to talk to, increases Quantity of conversation.) Like you I used to get the whole “stuck up” report. . . I just didn’t open to people very fast. It takes time to break the “reserve” habit. I think with effort + 'mones though you’d probably do very well. Good luck 🙂 ---

I’ll second the instant openness suggestion for shyness. Specifically, it encourages social moods and behaviors in people, and therefore helps with breaking the ice and starting conversations. If you are lucky, it will cause self effects as well as effects on those around you. I would probably prioritize your shopping list as [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/), instant openness and then instant shine, but that is just me. Lots of people love instant shine and consider it an indispensable product. ---

So I’m just dropping a line to say in this instance I to concur with Xev, IO de-stresses me and puts a smile on my face that encourages interaction. I personally love it for the de-stressing effect it has on me. 😃 I like IS for the effect on other people; but for my own ease of communication, prefer IO. 😉 ---
