i been using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for 4 years but havnt used them in 5 months first time ever buying straight pheromones experimones any tips how i would use it thnx ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ˜ƒ ---

Use it like you would any other new product. start with 1-2 sprays, then work your way up using it by itself. 2-4 sprays is usually a good amount at that strength but of course, were all different, so have fun experimenting! Once youve figured out exactly what it does to you and others, i would suggest using it in mixes. Its a good balancing buffer for none and combines well with alot of products. Think of 3 sprays of rone as the equivalent of 2 drops of a314 or 3 sprays of IG in terms of rone potency, if youve used those products.
