# How can I use Ammo, IFM and Instant Openness

We can’t tell you how many spray. You need to do some experiments. Try one phero at a time to really understand the effect and the right number of spray.

Try 1 spray for a few days. Observe the reaction, body language and the response from people. Then use 2 sprays and do the same. Increase accordingly until you know the right number of spray and understand the effect of the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/).

After you understand all the effects, then you can layer them to achieve the results you want
