# How come I do feel something when I spray the pheromones on but only slightly?

When I use [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) I do feel that they work kinda, but sometimes I feel as they only work sort of. Now the first day I used MX297 with instant shine and TAC and everyone stated acting differently and I felt different as well. although after it was only kinda and i even sprayed a ton of instant shine on like six sprays and three or five sprays of mx297. but then it didnt feel like the first time so to prevent ODing I only started spraying one or two sprays of certain things like INstant jerk. now I don’t feel as crazy as what the others have reviewed through the store. Also why does Mickaelia sound so hot on the phone through customer service? she sounds pretty dang cute.

I agree, Mickaelia certainly has an awesome voice! 🙂

First off, I’d say you’re hitting the pheros a little too hard! You joined this forum some time in April, and you posted that on April 8. So at most, you’ve been testing for a week, and you’ve already plowed through 4 products. Woah, nellie!

First rule of phero usage is to solo test any product that is new to you. I give myself at least a week of solo usage for each product. If you start out mixing everything all at once, you never learn the specific characteristics of each one. And you never learn what your sweet spot is, or the duration. Don’t look for achieving your goals quite yet. Get to know what each one does for you, and then you can decide which circumstances call for which one, and how much dosage to use.

Start with one spray, and then increase with each testing, to figure out what your most effective dosage is. Then, you can go back later and say, “I know that product A gives me such-and-such results at 12mcg. I bet that would work well with the results I get from product B. I know that product B works well for me at 40mcg, so maybe that’s the dose I’ll use to layer with product A. Then I’ll tweak it if I need to.”

Also…why did you go for [Instant Jerk](https://a314.com/product/instant-jerk/)? Are you aware that it is a men’s product?
