Its a question we all ask at some point… The very first thing to do when you begin to think about purchasing pheromones is to start observing people before you use them. Ask yourself what are peoples normal general reaction to you and others around you. Are they open and friendly ? Are they intimidated ? Do they acknowledge your presence ? Do strangers generally talk to you ? Are people in a great mood when hanging around you ? Do people treat you with respect ? Are guy/girls open to your approach ? Stop and take a look at the world around you and the people in it. We are a world of busy people and we don’t stop to really absorb the vibes of those around us. Example When you say “Hi how are you” to someone. Not many people really listen to the answer they just expect a “Fine how are you” in response. Usually you can look at a person and know how they are if you really look. You can hear it in there voice even when they give you the standard reply. This is something I wish I did more before I used pheromones because it makes it easier to see the reactions when you do use them. That being said… **Self effects** When you wear pheromones for the first time some people get self effects and some don’t. I don’t know why its just something that is. So if your one of the lucky ones who gets the self effects you can sort of feel the vibe coming off you and its pretty cool. You still will have to work on finding your dosage though. You will also find once your used to wearing the products there may be a range for your dosage that brings about slightly different reactions. **Patterns** Now if you did the observing which was your first assignment now you are ready to use them and look for a change in normal behavior. Is the quiet guy in the office suddenly talking more ? Does the shy girl in your class keep glancing at you ? Do people make eye contact with you more ? Do they treat you better ? Do they seem more at ease ? These are all subtle cues but they are a indication that people are responding to your pheromone signature. Lets use [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) as a example… Look for patterns Every time I wear Instant Openness people ask me random meaningless questions. Where’s the bathroom ? What time is it ? How do I get to the sunoco station ? Do you like this cereal ? It doesn’t seem exciting does it ? People have to open with something and most times they will grasp whats obvious just to start a conversation. Sure people did this occasionally before I used Instant Openness but now it happens frequently because they are more at ease and more apt to talk to you. How you react will make all the difference. If you appear friendly and open most times they will continue the conversation. The point is Instant Openness opened a window of opportunity for you to communicate easily with others. How about those we know. I mean they talk to us all the time anyway so its really difficult to tell sometimes if its working. When I don’t wear IO to work people stop by my desk and talk to me occasionally. When I do wear it they are at my desk 3 or 4 times in the morning. I can tell its working because they usually get yelled at by the postmaster. That’s my pattern if I wear IO I can pretty much guarantee that before the morning is over the postmaster will yell at more then one person . " Get the hell away from Tisha s desk and get to work " LOL Every time I use IO at home my husband drives me crazy talking shop talk. I try not to wear it around him because he will babble on and on about it LOL Not that I don’t like to listen to him talk but I just don’t need to know how to bore out the heads on my car or why my new air intake system will save my gas mileage. I know if I use IO it consistently happens every time. Remember it can make them chatty but it cant make what they have to say interesting. So remember your looking for repeated patterns which means you may have to wear your product for a week before you have that “Ah shit I see it now” moment. … **Subtle cues** Body language, Learn to read it. To much for me to cover here but here is a great link that will help you know what to look for [Using Body Language](http://changingminds.org/techniques/body/body_language.htm) **Blatant hits** We post them they are fun to read and they do happen. They don’t happen everyday though even to the most experienced users. Hey humans get distracted by life. We cant expect them all to drop what they are doing to Ohhh and Ahhhh over are pheromonally covered bodies every single time we are around. Its doesn’t work that way. Sometimes the conditions are right and you will experience a blatant hit. Some one will come on to you. Obviously flirt with you, Say something inappropriate to you. Decide to have sex with you, Do something out of character with you. **Mone reversal method** Sometimes after using pheromones for a while you get so used to it you take it for granted and lose sight if its you or the pheromones working. In actuality its both but a good thing to do is stop using them for a week. It may be harder then you realize because when you walk out into the world of strangers it suddenly becomes obvious that your pheromones were working all the time. Not so much with those who know you because they become conditioned. Meaning if you wear Ishine all the time and they are upbeat they will associate that feeling to you and when you don’t wear it they still get the vibe because its a conditioned response to you. **Attracting the wrong target** It happens and some people freak out when it does. Hey its as indication your mones are working and you cant control who will react to them. So sometimes a dirty old man or a toothless old lady may respond. They are people to so just politely let them know your not interested. But don’t freak out, its still a hit and means more are to come from people who you may be interested in and who knows what that old ladies granddaughter or grandson may look like. The more people you know and are nice to the more people you have the opportunity to meet. I hope this helps people understand and be more able and prepared to have fun with there pheromone experience. Excellent link for body language info. I think it is also important to think about yourself when reading this and what you might unknowingly be saying with your own body. Are _you_ open and friendly? Just something to think about. Without an outward appearance of friendliness and approachability no [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) is going to give you the greatest results no matter what you’re hoping for on the inside. ---

I especially like the suggestions about observing behavior **before** purchasing the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), it’s a great way to compare and contrast. Especially because you’ll see different things if you’re actively observing your day to day life, with or without pheromones. It’s kind of a cool exercise to do whenever. Off topic, but I find it ironic that I wouldn’t have found this topic if it weren’t for the guy above me. 😃 I wanted to see where the breadcrumb trail went and here’s where it ended up. ---

I am so excited! I just checked my tracking number for my parcel and it says that it is in Perth already!!! I may get it tomorrow! I am thinking I only want to use the tiniest amount first, as I haven’t used pheremones before. I wish I could see my boyfriend this week with them, but I can’t see him til the weekend and I’m sort of reluctant to use them if I’m going out somewhere without him. Anyway, I shall keep you guys informed of how it goes - I may use it at work, although I was wondering - where I work has a huge female customer base, so would it be a bad idea to use it there? I saw mentioned that it can antagonise the same sex. ---

Okay, so I received my first order yesterday, and I was surprised at how quickly it came to me! It came the day right after I made my order! Impressive!! It was perfect timing too because I was meeting up with a guy who I absolutely adore and we’ve gotten off really well from day one. I order the Instant Sexy (A version eventhough my style is much more like the B version and I would really love to try Lust After Me, but I heard they both work well no matter what), Instant Shine, and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) (which I heard you have to be careful with). So, because I’m a beginner and I’ve read from most people that you may want to start with 1 or 2 sprays, I sprayed about 2 sprays of Instant Sexy, three or four sprays of Instant Shine, and two little sprays of Instant Honesty along my neck and using some from there around my wrists about two hours before meeting with him to let it start sinking in. Anyways, I was surprised at how masculine/cologne like the smell of everything was, which I wasn’t crazy about and was worried I smelled like a guy all of a sudden. I was a little happy when the smell started lightening up some (although not completely diffusing until hours later). Needless to say, I can’t say I really noticed much of a difference in his behavior towards me. I think he’s remained pretty much the same as far as being very affectionate towards me and grabbing me and pulling me close to him and kissing me, etc. Maybe the differerence is that he really showed no signs of holding back or feeling uncomfortable with openly expressing his attraction and affection in public. I’m not a PDA girl myself, but it felt like we were wrapped in some bubble and with him it was different. My co-workers didn’t seem to behave any differently either. They’re their usual friendly selves. I sprayed the same mix this morning (without the Instant Honesty), and I still didn’t notice any change in people’s behavior and I walk to work in the mornings. I’m wondering if maybe I need to up my usage or if some of the effectiveness wears off when putting another scent over it, since I don’t care for the scent of the sprays by themselves. ---

It is very difficult to say why as a man I am attrated to specific female. I thought I am attracted only to women with good curves. But I found this is not true at all. I noticed that late at night when I am in a club all women looked very attractive to me. Great post! I’m wondering if it might be a good idea to add: - Typical Range of pheromones (increases with spray as well?) - Typical time for pheromones to take effect - Temperature might make a difference? Right now I’m having difficulty gauging whether the eye contact I get while walking towards (and past) someone is due to the pheromones, given that surely the pheromones can’t have hit before I’ve gone past the person..?
