# How Do I use TUTH with OD'ing?

Will i be ok to wear 1 x spray of TUTH applied to chest and 2 x spray applied to neck.

I do not want an overdose or any rage.

I need help with this please.😃

The overdose limit is diffrent for everybody.  
You need to experiment a bit. Start with 1 spray for a few days and make some observation. Then increase to 2 sprays and so on.
