OK so everything above this post has been added. Remember I’m attempting not to add duplicates. Please do not let that stop you from posting though. It can add emphasis to a bullet point. The most noticeable and important thing I’ve noticed with A314 is what I like to call “Great Expectations”. Basically I think that if you want to convince people that you’re “alpha” you really should be damn sure you’re ready to take the job and not just the paycheck…lemme explain. When I first started using A314 I was sure I had been robbed…I mean zip, zilch, nada bupkiss…but I kept at it, I figured the money was spent so I may as well see it through. Midway through the second week I was feeling very stressed. Now bear in mind I don’t mean I was quicker to lose patience, I mean it just felt like I was under more pressure than usual. Over the following couple of weeks it I noticed many of my coworkers seemed to be depending on me for everything. Work was brought to me to double check for errors. I was interrupted from doing my own work to be consulted on other peoples jobs, I was constantly asked by coworkers if there was anything I thought they should be doing. Even the doctor was asking me my opinion on patient issues. I felt like I was being pulled in several different directions and I couldn’t wrap my head around how everyone in my office decided to stop using their brains at the same time. Not a real social attitude I know but that’s how I felt at the time. That’s about when I realized this change in behavior started within a week of me using A314. I reread the store description and consumer feedback about it and the words alpha male kept coming up. Then I sat back in front of my computer and felt like an idiot for not realizing it sooner. I was wearing a product designed to convince people that I was “the man in charge” and losing my patience with them for treating me like I was exactly that. Fortunately with that knowledge comes more of an ease in dealing with it. Now I walk into my day expecting to be treated like I have all the answers. So how do you know when A314 is working. When you notice an increase in “what do you think?” “Should I maybe work on this” “Did I do this right?” etc. A314 has a lot of positive effects and ultimately this IS among them but it won’t be seen that way if you’re not expecting it or ready to handle it so be sure you’re ready. ---

It’s pretty funny that you should mention this. I tell people all the time on my calls about this too. A little bit different, but ultimately that same. Before I came to work at Androtics I was the Director of Marketing for a Fire Fighter publication. Part of these responsibilities involved overseeing advertising. When I first started wearing A314 to work I noticed a huge shift in our daily and weekly strategy meetings. It went from everyone having very good suggestions to silence. Finally after coaxing others for opinions they would give them (often very good suggestions) but afterward getting anyone to do anything was like pulling teeth. It appeared as if everyone lost their motivation. What was really happening was that they were all super motivated, but because of the high-status, the ALPHA vibe I was projecting, they just didn’t value their own input as much as they valued mine. The environment went from inter-dependent to completely dependent. Anything they could do, I could do 1million times better so why do anything at all! Of course this was the ALPHA talking. I was wearing three drops at the time and lowered it down to one which ultimately saved the day. However what’s important here, is not that I recognized the ALPHA status as overwhelming to some. The fact that I did lower the drops from 3 to 1 was actually the wrong thing to do. What I should have done, if I wasn’t having difficulty with my own ALPHA status, is offer praise and appreciation for the work they were doing. Take control of the situation and lead as was expected. Instead I lowered my own personal expectations by lowering my mone signature. Great post RADMAN. It brings back a valuable insight on how A314 works. ---

I’ve been getting a lot of people coming to me at work with problems asking for answers and advice. Today, the first day I wore three drops was particularly busy. I expected some of this from A314, but it is interesting to read, that others see the same effect. The other side of it for for me is the self effect gives me the confidence and patience to pull it off. I do, however, think that I may have to start pushing back a bit or they could get too dependent. ---

A314 has expansive,underskin,subtle, calming, commanding and in charge effects. People tend to be quieter , more patient, and more forgiving for me when I wear it. Not that their expectations became higher but they like to accept what I am doing regardless. When dealing with Alpha personalities you should speak their language , It opened a gate into some people I havent thought to get with them .broke several barriers in work and immersed deeper in relations. Nonetheless , detecting A314 changes is really hard that you usually don’t get it until it is over and you are capping the previous day events . No acute changes such as IS No blatant hits like ENONE , No verbal diarrhea of ANOL but it seems to have some sort of all pheros combined . ---

I couldn’t fit this into a specific bullet point. But it is generally the same. In flying, I was upgraded to sit in first class (this was a 45 minute flight, so not a huge deal) while waiting to have my ticket scanned. Also, been offered to board an earlier flight right at the gate instead of being required to present a standby pass. ---

I know it’s working my I start furrowing my brow like Clint Eastwood and I’m sharp as a tack. I make decisions quickly and hesitate far less. Normally I take a moment to think about things and thinking too quickly I tend to make mistakes. With A314 I make smoother judgement calls and decisions. In terms of what it does with other people, I’m still working on a list of things I notice. So far, it has definitely brought me more respect. All of a sudden, since I received A314 in the mail, people I was acquainted with the last year and a half whom I wouldn’t talk to outside of a club or a predrink and pretty much only say “hello, how’s it goin” are now trying to be my friends, especially guys. I get a lot of respect from guys. Girl wise, I’m still not entirely sure and it’s difficult to gauge because I tend to stay away from female distractions during the day when I’m in class trying to work and concentrate (I can lose my train of thought easily when it comes to looking at and talking to females like all of a sudden 45 minutes have gone by and I’ve just been imagining women topless and not taken a single note) and when I’m not and I’m partying, I usually have A314 in a low dosage with things like AMMO and IS as my base. ---

From my experience with A314, it pretty much has opened many doors for me and I’m still an undergrad in college lol. The feedback I get from A314, even if it’s through the grapevine, is mindblowing because one would never think people who are in higher positions or authorities over you will still think very highly of you. To me, A314 is one of those special gifts that can help you land that dream job or position no matter what the odds are, as long as you are congruent and willing to work hard to get there. As far as women I have yet to experience the infamous fallout-effect but with a little help in combination with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and A1 it can surely keep you out of the friend zone, as long as once again you are congruent. I can go on and on about the wonders of A314, but it’s best to just experience it for yourself. I’m about to order me another oil batch lol ---

Well I’ve just been given another WTF moment at work and I’ve little doubt A314 has played a part. It stands to reason that others are going to recognize and identify with the presence of you and your incredible abilities. Why? Because you rock, that’s why! Tried for the first time today - people getting out the way, feeling more confident, smoother speaking (less "uh"s and such), and standing straighter are the ones folk have mentioned a few times. I also noticed, at a meeting, being treated like the chair despite not being said. The guy who _is_ the chair is a pretty confident guy, and yet he was acting like everyone else there. Whenever I wanted to speak everyone shut up and listened, whenever I invited someone’s input by gesture or look they spoke right up and people let them talk, items were addressed and handled all to my tune. There were a couple times I was stepping away for a minute, and people promptly were reverting to how those meetings have usually been, yet as soon as I sit back down heads are turning to face me, body language is turning to focus on me, and the agenda is back to “what I say”. ---

From wearing the A314 oil at work for the past few weeks i have noticed i have been getting trusted with more work. I have a good work ethic already so combined with the A314 makes the effects even more so. I am one of the go to guys when a favor is needed or when i need to deliver a car for one of my service advisors. I need more experimentation at school to report more effects. ---

Other people apologise for my mistakes. For instance, paying a bag of cash into the bank today I made an error with the paperwork. The advisor couldn’t apologise enough even though she had done nothing wrong. This went beyond customer service etiquette, she really did seem to think she was at fault. ---

Give it a month or so - Oil can take a while and the effects can be imperceptible to start with - In fact the first month or so with A314 had me wondering more often than not if it was worth bothering with. Then all these WTF/How did I land-up here (in a good way) things started happening and my status at work rocketed. I also think there was an element of my having to get used to the A314 sig too - once I’d caught-up with myself, all was good So keep trying different doses/app points till you see what works best.
