# How do you know that A314 is working?

The most noticeable effect I have seen is at work with how my coworkers seem to just sit around and eagerly listen to me talk. The first time I wasn’t even paying attention while I was talking to someone while also reading some paperwork. I look up and see there are seven guys all sitting in the same area, listening intently. This in of itself might not be shocking but given that these guys rarely give such attention to anyone other than management, that was surprising in a good way. 🙂
