How do you know that A314 is working?

Well I’m a big fan of Ultra so here we go

I’m in a position in management at my work and it makes people easier to manage.

Effects on people

  1. People do what I ask the 1st time (before using A314 I had to ask 2 or three times)
  2. People rarely look me in the eye when I’m talking to them
  3. Girls at my work seem to be in awe when I talk to them
  4. My boss gives me alot more trust and responsibility
  5. My boss asks for my opinion on alot of important things
  6. Customers ask me questions first even if I don’t have my name tag on
  7. My co workers try to impress me with stories that are outlandish
  8. People in general seem to trust me more than they should

Effects on me

  1. I get a quite calm with A314. I’m not sure what it is, but I feel like I’m the eye of a hurricane some times.

  2. I walk much straighter

  3. I talk more slowly and choose my words more carefully

  4. I’m much more confident in myself, I have alot less negative self talk

  5. I have more patience with A314, it takes alot for me to lose my temper

  6. I do not sweat the small things
