I was reading that it is possible to make your own [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) from your personal sweat. I would assume you would need an eye dropper to get the sweat, and I think they said grain alcohol or something.

I was reading about women making their own perfume, so I thought I could make the same thing, but without the perfume, just maybe a mix of pheromones, alcohol and some other natural ingredients. Any ideas?

I can think of better things to do with my nights-off TBH…!

Making-up sprays, oils and adding/using cover scents is covered pretty well on the boards if you have a search - its useful to have even the basics if you are making your own mixes/oils etc.

I’m pretty sure that if you collect your own sweat you will also be collecting the bacteria in the sweat - that will inevitably convert the pheromones to something else.

With all due respect, trying to extract pheromones from sweat in one’s kitchen sounds a bit cuckoo to me, so I’ll pass. You’re free to try, but I doubt you’ll raise much enthusiasm in this forum about that endeavour. Plus, there is a genuine risk of becoming labeled as Mr. B.O. around all your acquaintances. Maybe introduce yourself in the introduction section, get a 25$ gift certificate and get a hold of a real [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) or two to try?
