Around here, the search feature is tremendously helpful. Ammo is a good starter product, because it’s spray and go. It’s an attractant for the opposite sex. Start out with one or two squirts and see how it goes. Instant Shine will make you feel good, and lift up the spirits of others close by, but you may see more self effects. It is know as a polisher. It is usually added after other stuff to refine your pheromonal presentation to others…if you will.
Remember that this stuff is highly effective, but you still need to make the move…so to speak.
