# How important are pheromones in your day to day life?

I mostly use it at work, occasionally on a Saturday if there’s some sort of event I’m going to. Sometimes I just stop wearing them for a while, then go back to wearing it five days a week.

Welcome to the forum! It would be nice to know what your experience is like, and it’s good to take a step back as returning definitely feels stronger than ever. What type of events do you usually wear mones though?

There is a local sports bar I go to, sometimes concerts or do volunteer work in the community. There is such a thing as pheromone buildup so I try not to overdo it after 4 to 5 days.
