# How long Ammo effects last?

I’ve had a quick search around, but can’t find the answer to this one;

I get up in the morning, have a shower, apply 2 sprays [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 1x to one forearm, and Shine to my neck at 7.30am. Wait for it to dry (5 minutes), put on a short-sleeved shirt. At 8.30 I put on a long sleeved jacket to drive to work. At 9.00am I take the jacket off and put on another short-sleeved shirt for work. The room is air-conditioned, about 70 degrees F, air is quite dry. The lady I’m interested in works within a few feet of me, but goes in and out of the room at times.

SO; How long before the Ammo wears off? We finish work around 4.00pm, ie. about 8 hours after the application in the morning. Does wearing a jacket slow down the diffusion on that 30 minute drive?

Just trying to work out if I need a top-up spray around mid-day.

usually AD products last for 6 hours

There must be **hundreds** of threads on this! 😮

Never mind the Intro thread which you really ought to have studied carefully by now as it will make using pheros effectively so much easier:
