# how long can a bottle of pheromones last in a dark place

I found a bottle of instant shine that was in my dresser drawer a lil while ago, I tried two sprays and it made me aggravated, but with one spray I felt confident… for thirty mins, now I see people say it can last about 2-3 hours, so my question is, since I bought it in 2010, how long can a bottle last in a drack place? it sometimes gets hot and sometimes gets cold in my room, so its not a constant temperature

Normally, cologne can last up to 3-5 years in a cool dark place before losing it’s effect. Doesn’t hurt to test it out though 🙂

Cool/dark is best but light more than heat does for pheros, so if its not got hot enough to evaporate the alcohol, you should be fine.

Pheros will keep for years this way. Some may change colour a bit but that’s not a great worry. Your nose will tell you what’s off - phero breakdown stink is unmissable!

I got some 7year old attractant ( straight enone) and I still believe it to be good. Has been in ethanol in a light tight can tho, probably exposed to heat on occasions.
