# How long do pheromones last after application, and does it vary by brand?

Does anybody know how long [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) last after application? Does each brand of pheromones have different durations before they wear off, or do they basically last the same amount of time?

4 to 6 hours with the spray products.

12 for oil based products.

Products with anone such as ammo or tuth can build up over time as anone is a sticky mone. A little witch hazel on a cotton ball will take care of it if you find its a problem for you.

I thought they were all oil based products. I thought [Mystery Boy](https://a314.com/product/mystery-boy/) was oil based.

Nope they are spray (organic alcohol based) except for A314 which is a oil.

Before you ask no the alcohol dosnt harm the mone molecules in any way.

Sprays come on strong and produce more obvious hits because they diffuse faster and farther. Hence the name “instant” Since they diffuse faster they last shorter periods of time.

Oil products diffuse slowly and are more subtle and because they diffuse slowly they last longer on the skin.
