_The thing is…how much do you spray of each and do you reapply etc._

Spray as much as you need in order to see results (your sweet spot,) and then reapply according to how long the products last (like for example AMMO and the like supposedly last about 4 to 6 hours.) So reapply according to the lasting time frame of your product, but if it’s a product with -none like Turn Up The Heat and AMMO then I would try to carry a bit of Witch Hazel with me and a cotton ball in order to rub off the first sprays of -none residue as to avoid possible OD effects.

Although supposedly sprays last about 4 to 6 hours, you may think to yourself “why would I have to rub it off with Witch Hazel if the effects only last for 4 to 6 hours?” Well, -none is a funny molecule, and really some of the effects from -none actually go up to the next day although not as strong as when first applied and can build up if not rubbed off correctly. However, this is OK with social molecules/products (reapplication without worry.)
