# How long do pheromones stay active, and when should I reapply?

LOL ok well theres you’re problem 😛

I’m on my lunch break now - but i will try to send you a PM this sunday with a somewhat detailed plan. If you follow it… you’ll put on weight - i promise. Soda and candy wont quite cut the mustard LOL it’s up to you tho. If you want to heed my advice - i can help you out. If not… you’ll have a plan ready for whenever you are ready to give it a go.
