Hi. Do [pheromones](https://a314.com/) expire after a while and become uneffective? If yes, how long does it take? I have some which are 1 year old and I wonder if they are still useable or not. ---

Depends what they are and how you treated them. Are they alcohol based or oil based ? Did you store them in a cool dry dark place ? 1 year should be fine for both oil and alcohol. In fact stored correctly alcohol should last years and years. Oil tend to break down or separate after a few years easier. Tisha ---

Hi, they are alcohol based. What do you mean with cool place? A fridge? I just stored them at room temp. ---

By cool I am mean not in the sun, the car or any other place that can heat up beyond the normal everyday temps you get in the shade. Room temp is fine. Tisha ---
