# How long do the bottles last: sprays per 5ml and 30ml bottle

How long will these bottles last? (Please tell how many sprays you use also.)

Depends on the size of the bottle 🙂

Generally the 5ml TOGO bottles spray .125 mls so you’re looking at around 40 sprays.

The 30mls spray .15mls so around 200.

How many sprays you use at a time, though, depends on what actually works for you with each product - and you only find that out through experimentation.
