Hi I was wondering if someone can tell how long the effects last for AMMO, [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/), IO, IS . Is it 3-4 hrs (approx), I was wondering if i should carry it to work or not. Thanks ---

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) should last about 6 hours unless you sweat alot the others excluding P74 should last at least 4. I just started testing on P74 so I don’t know about it yet. ---

I’m a sweater. I find that Ammo typically lasts about 3-4 hours. IS lasts a bit longer for me for some reason; I would say around 5 hours. I started to use 2x which I doubt lasts longer but it feels really great. Mostly, it depends on where you spray and where you are more susceptible to sweat. When I put it behind my ears, it seems to go a bit faster and gets stronger more quickly because this is an area I sweat often. It can get kind of intense sometimes. This is why I love spraying on the wrist and upper chest (right underneath my neck). These areas on my body are less sweaty unlike my head when I’m at clubs. What areas do you spray? ---

Most alcohol base pheros can be expected to last 4-6 hours in temperate climes but in more tropical or hot/humid/sweaty environments, 3-4 hrs would be nearer the mark. You can prolong activity/reduce breakdown a bit more by applying over a good moisturiser or lotion. Good thread on this if you search. 🙂 [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) however is the exception. In current form, it will last about 3 hrs tops - so you need to factor-in early topups for it alone in any mix you make with it. IS’s main component TAA is even worse, it hits hard but is only active for about one hour. Hopefully John’s current range of MXs will find a better way of prolonging its action than IS. 🙂 ---

Ammo for me Usualy last about 3-4 hours and Is About 2 hours ---

With the help of lotion before applying the mones, the sprays last a whole night out (like at least 7 hours). Easily. Or then the self effects make me feel so good that I believe the mones are still working, I don’t know which but it’s win/win either way. IS may be an exception, I don’t really know. I’ve used up almost a full bottle double strength but I get no self effects from it. I don’t know if it affects others because I soon stopped using it on it’s own since I noted nothing from it. The last bit of what’s left (maybe five or six ml) I might try solo to find out if I ever should bother ordering it again. ---

I use a decent quality hand lotion - The higher lanolin content in hand lotions seems to make it effective for longer than any moisturiser I’ve yet tried. There must be a few hundred threads here already on how to carry your mones search or simply scroll down a few pages - there are lots of creative suggestions and they are never far from the top of the boards. 🙂 ---

2.2 sprays of AMMO double strength can last up to 24 hours. For example, after your one night stand, you won’t magically be a different person. The AMMO will still be there. If she is cuddling with you, she will be still smelling it. As proof, I currently still have my 20 hour old AMMO and it’s still going strong. I don’t think it would be strong enough to win the sexual [pheromone](https://a314.com/) battle in a very crowded night club, but it could make you win in a house or even a non crowded night club. The reason you wouldn’t win in a night club is that there are 50 pheromone signatures with a pound of axe and old spice in your face.
