# How long do the regular sized bottles last?

I recently began using the To Go sized [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) (trial run) and like the effects.

I’m going to re-order.

I was wondering on average (with a typical 2 spray per bottle daily routine) how long the regular sized bottles would last.

I think I read somewhere that the big bottles contain about 240 sprays.

I recall it being listed in the descriptions as “about 200 sprays”. But how long they last depends on how much you use, and how frequently. Some stuff, I can go through a bottle a week because I need it to be as finely grained as possible for dose (2.5 mcg), but it usually woks out to between 20 and 40 mcg per application required for the desired effect. (That is [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/), by the way.)

Other stuff, I have bottles over a year old that are untouched. Depends on how you use them. Instant line products usually last about two months per bottle at normal usage rates for me.
