# How long does it last?

So this is my very first A314  
just wondering how long it last for you guys  
mine is 10ml  
also, I just want to make sure (although it says on the bottle external only)  
I heard some people saying A314, you ingest it for better result. Is that true?

I usually stay out of here but I had to make something clear.

No it is not true that you can ingest [pheromones](https://a314.com/) or any kind. It will make you very sick. They will not act as pheromones ingested but hormones.

A 10ml bottle has around 270 drops - Which should last you several months at a tpical workday dose of 2-3 drops but less if you are going high-dose.
