Your pheromone signature silly 😃

I asked Jasmin this very question and she explained that most of the Instant products last 4-6 hours on average. Of course there are variables like sweat, smoke and such which affect it.

I’ve noticed the first weekend that I wore [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) the signature was strong all night. Even through a bonfire, and smokey party. At first I thought it had faded but it didn’t. Now however, perhaps because I am more aware, I’ve noticed it seems to be decreasing with each application.
I get a good 4 hours before reapplication, but this could be just me believing the pheromones are diminishing when actually they are not. I can smell my signature when i wear them, and am curious if I can’t smell them does this mean the actual molecule has diminished or is it’s presence a more stealth type?

Curious to what others experience. I know this is the men’s forum but I do hope some ladies would respond also.

At first aplication their is plenty of pheromone to diffuse. As the night wears on the level of diffusion dissipates. From my experiences your stronges time period of diffusion before significant drop in effect is 3 hours with diminished effect toward the end. Between the 3-4 hour mark there is still a significant amount of pheromones left to not ned re-aplication. Depending on what molocule you are wearing this time period can be extended by up to an hour. (ie -none/turn up heat).

After the 4 hour mark the majority of the diffusion has occured, but there are still pheromones left. The pheromones left will still dissipate, but your airborne concentration will be less than desired. When you first start using pheromones and accept that they are not a scam, one tends to take smaller results in a stronger context either out of excitement/facination or to help convince yourself it’s not placebo. With experience comes a more selective view of positive responces. I don’t see it as much of a result if the person beside me is moving around in their seet as much as if they start talking to me and won’t shut up. The later is a definitive result.

The point you ask? Results are still possible of occuring between the 4-6 hour mark. (some times longer -none/turn up the heat and much later in the case of a314 which I will get to in a second)

So the more experienced user is looking for stronger cues. These strong cues are most prevelent when the pheromone is first applied and through that 1-4 hour period. This is why reaplication is often encourage to get optimal results. With reaplication there is some rough estimate you should perform as not all of the original aplication has worn off. That’s why if you are freshening up 2 sprays of a given product at 4 hours, you should probably apply 1 spray. I sometimes put on less initialy so when I reapply I can put on a higher level at the perfect time. So i’d start with 1, after 4 hours I put on 2 equaling 2.2-2.5 sprays which wears down to 2 to 1.7 sprays in the next 2 hours. Keep in mind these are my rough estimates without any real calculations.

On to a314. Simply put, a314 lasts forever because of it’s elements and especialy it’s oil base. The product description states that mild effects can at times be seen into the next day. Re aplication of this product is normaly not advised unless you are planning to increase quantity with reaplication.

I think that many OD issues with none based products can be related to reaplication. This may be due to lack of expected results, early reaplication as -none is very sticky and lasts for a long time (5 hours before 1/2 - 1 spray reaplication provide the initial dose was 1 spray), or OD from buildup as the result of multiple days of use with or without reaplication.

**These are my estimates and experiences. I have not studied diffusion graphs of essential oils or pheromones to come to my conclusions. What experience I have and second hand experience from other users is how I gathered my data.**

You can go anosmic to it if you smell it too much. We sometimes call this “nose fatigue”.

Your nose gets used to the smell of ylang, or sweat, or jasmine (no one can get used to jasmin!), or sugar, or rubber, or _whatever_, and your brain selectively filters it out. This is the exact reason why they have a cup of coffeebeans next to all the fragrances in the department store. To “reset” your nose.

If I apply to my skin, like Jazz says, I’m good for 4-6 hours. Basically I need to refresh after work if I’m heading out. However if I apply to clothing, it lasts much longer. I assume it lasts longer due to less bacterial action and little or no sweat contamination. I can smell heavy androstenone products like The Edge and NPA for many days on a shirt–sometimes even after it’s been laundered.

Yeah! -none products are gross! That stuff can linger on clothes forever and ever. I usually have to ozonate our clothes after I detect a little 'none, otherwise it’ll just make me cranky 😉

Me + 'none = Grrrrrr RAWRLL GO AWAY! 😛

I thougt more about why my first night by the bonfire lasted as long as it did. I wore a long sleave t-shirt, under my hoodie, under my jacket. It was freezing cold and when I did get to the party afterwards that’s when things heated up both ways.

Those ozone devices are amazing. Can even remove soaked in tobacco/smoke scent from a room.

So just what DOES go on there at Androtics that you need one like that?..
😮

Or do we _really_ want to know?..
🙄

(yes I know you covered the real reasons a long time back in another post, but…0
