hi i have ammunition, Turn up the heat, and Instant shine right now i want to try Instant shine at work. my commute is 45 minutes. will 1 spray last that long and be effective? or do they last quite a bit longer? how often should i respray at work and the problem i have is i don’t want to go in the BR and spray and really have a strong colgne odor to me, if that makes sense so i really just want to spray before work if possible anyway is there some general rules for how long say one full spray of anything will last?? thanks ---

Kinda depends on where you spray–skin, hair or clothing–and the weather–hot 'n humid, cold 'n dry, etc. In AC or cool weather, skin apps last 2-3 hours for me before a refresh is needed. Hair and clothing apps last much longer. Clothing seems good for days. If it’s really hot 'n humid your sweat and ensuing bacteria action break down the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) faster than cool 'n dry times. ---

45 minutes should be aok. You might miss out on some of those prominent _just_-after-spray hits that people get when they blast others with a _freshly laid_ phero signature. Haha.. don’t know if anyone caught it, but pardon the pun up there. 😃😃 If you have a long morning commute, and want to get as much effect as possible, you might want to spray right when you get out of the car, in the parking lot. (If you can swing it) Giving yourself a few minutes between you and the front door might stave off some of that pungent, pre-drydown cologne smell. Do you get a morning coffee somewhere? Might be a good place to apply, too. Try to avoid spraying it_in_ your car, though, because you don’t want to repeatedly steep your auto upholstery in pheromones. If women start to gravitate more toward your car and start addressing it as “Sexier than Kit”, then you know the car might have some slight buildup… ---
