# How Long Phermone Sprays Last

I was wondering how long one or two sprays of the following last in terms of hours. So if i spray on Shine in the morning at 8am - how long does it last until i need to spray it on again to keep the affects going.

I think 4 hours? For [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), I notice the self effect lasts about an hour with 2 sprays.

Yeah, I would love to know too. Cos non-experience new user would want to know when to touch up.

and if anyone reading this thread, include the effect in the winter country and in the summer as well. Cos i live in a all year round hot and humid country.

I got my first phero’s on monday. Here is what I have been noticing.

Shine: Self effects lasted about 1-1.5 hours. Very strong self effects first time using it, not much the second and third time.

Ammo: I used it for the first time today, I put it on about 7:30 am, lasted to around 2 pm I think, so around 6 hours. I have heard that reapplying ammo can cause a build up that you can OD on right?

Correct. I could still smell a bit of ammo on me about 6 hours later. I kinda applied it in the general area of my upper chest, lower neck, so I think it was easy for me to smell it.
