# How many mcg of P83 does it take to notice an effect?

Im interested in getting [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) but I’d like to know the amount of mcg you need to get a noticeable affect. Does anyone have experience with this?

Id recommend starting with the 5mL togo 12.5 mcg and seeing how that goes

I agree get 12.5 … do a search for p83 and take a look at effective dosage others have used … Don’t expect miracles from any [pheromone](https://a314.com/) .. again you must do most of the work. Good luck.

just like every other pheromone, different people get different responses with different amounts. Some get best results with higher concentrations (60+), while others get better results with low concentrations (10-20). Personally, I’ve had good results with using about 25mcg at a time. I have the 12.5mcg/spray bottle.

I agree as well for me 25 mcgs are good for most situations. I have used higher doses. Probably up to 60 mcgs, but best results around 25 mcgs.

I always get best results around 35 mcg.

I usually go with 10mcg, but I’m mixing it with other things. Overly dominant [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) can become unpredictable.

I agree with that. Too much P83 in a mix, takes it over and can drown out the other [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). A waste of P83 as well as the other mones ☹
