# How many of you guys have amazing results from just 1 spray Instant Honesty?

So today i decided to start experimenting with [pheromones](https://a314.com/) again, i applied 1 spray of instant honesty in the to-go bottle and went to a friend of mine’s.

i cant say i noticed anything special but i’l start reporting again and keep trying.

Well in this case I think you could go up to two sprays or more. Remember too that from a to-go it is more like 0.83 sprays, so a bit more might just do the trick.  
It’s not something you can really OD on, just be careful you are not too “honest” yourself!

many people arent aware of this, but OD’ing on IH is a possibility. take a look at the thread below.
