So I’ve been experimenting with AMMO, IS, and IO with some pretty good results. I’ve posted about some, and will post in detail about the newer ones soon. So far I’ve only gone with one spray of each. I heard you can actually OD with just AMMO, especially if you’re a younger guy (like me). How many sprays is too much? Is there such thing as too much of IS/IO? Thanks! ---

Johno5, I believe it depends on your body chemistry. Younger guy gets OD more easier than older guy. Try your dose up with the ammo, and see what is your OD point! I have never heard of bad effect caused by IS or IO, but IMO the OD of those are OVERPOWERING SMELL. ---

I’m 23 and i use 2 sprays of AMMO without overdosing. AMMO contains -none but its well buffered and its not that easy to od on it with a couple of sprays.. But i would suggest to try applying more just to see where your sweet spot is because it varies on each person ---

An intentional od would be good too just to see what the effects are and get to know your limits in using AMMO too.. I would suggest to increase the dosage by a spray each time and observe the reactions you get each time, to find you precise sweet spot
