# How many sprays of Ammo on its own? Members compare sweet spots

if you were to use ammo by itself. How many sprays works for you?  
My sweet spot is 4.

You’ll find that it varies with age, body type, and preference (esp. regarding the smell. 1 shot to me is quite strong smelling). As far as results go, for me it’s 3. 1 to the back of my neck, 1 to my chest, and one split to the wrists.
