Hey i was wondering how many sprays of IO and IH separately are enough, i have both 2x, but i dont know how much can i use, i know i have to test and find my spot but, i test separately 2 sprays of each one, in diferents days and got notice anything, with the IO just 1 person seemed to react and i work with 30 persons and with me seemed to react a little bit too, i was just a little bit chatty than normal, so i think to use 3 sprays of each one but they are 2x so its 6 sprays of normal strengh and i dont know if that its too much or its ok?? Its ok to use 3 or 4 sprays of IO and IH??? ---

I personally used both for the first time yesterday and my arsenal consists of regular strength To Go bottles(i need to craft a little carrying case for them lol). I shot 2 sprays of Openness on my wrists and rubbed them on my neck and applied 2 sprays of Honesty directly on my neck. And the hits just kept on coming. I’m not quite sure if 2 shots is my sweet spot(it could very well be 1 shot) but impatience got the best of me. So I plan to research with a little more patience this week. 🙂 ---

I tend to use 2 sprays of 2x of each but have gone higher - You have much less of an OD issue with these so a wider range of doses is possible. You may feel a bit run down after a few hours of using high doses/topping-up though, which is no help to you socially. ---

Start out with 1 spray each… if you do not notice and increase in conversation then bump to 1 more spray of IO. You want to use the least amount for effect; any more and you are wasting product. If this is your first time to use the product… you should only use one and note the effects on yourself and others before mixing them. Good luck and have fun… ---

So I plan to research with a little more patience this week. 🙂 i was thinkin of doing that but as a base under all of it add a little ammo??? anyone what about deodorant ?? i mean not the spay(used as a cover spray) but the stick for yo pits?? would it conflict in anyway? ---

You need to try a few different application spots sometimes because we all are built different and our bodies may heat up more or less in different ways. Yes its ok to use 3 or 4 spray so IO or IH even in 2X but I would back track and use 1 spray one at a time first then work up again. You skipped using one spray and since its 2X that may ne your dosage. Once you find you sweet spot then you layer. Only if you apply on top or around of your mones or thee application points. You do not apply [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) to your pits of groin. To much bacteria in these areas causes rapid conversion and nasty BO. Tisha ---

gotcha i applied deo to my pits ammo on neck/throat IS on one wrist IH on one and rub it on my throat/neck… ---

I like to keep social’s separate from my nones (except for maybe residual ammo that i’ll wipe a bit of on my wrists). IH/IO i always keep on wrists. I’ve had good experiences getting a refresher spray of either on the back of my neck instead of back on the wrist. Dunno why but it’s worked for me. Something you just gotta test to see if it works for you but I like it 😉 If you’re working w/ 2X IO/IH, then I honestly don’t see how going over 3 sprays will help you. Anything over that you’re probably wasting sprays (but again, you might just have to test and find that works for you) Also remember that while mones are awesome and all, you gotta still be social to get the full effects. ---

ok so first exp today… i did as above one wrist IH one wrist IS ,neck with ammo… one spray all then rubbed my wrist together and ten rubbed them on my neck… smell was good but after a while i started getting a headache… after fer hrs i re applied… total after 8 hrs i still have a headache.. but ne response from anywhere i guess ill try just IH and IS tomorrow.. what was the purpose of ammo again?.. lol p.s where the spray nozz i guess attaches the rest of the plastic piece.. meaning the part that can spin around.. is leaking a little cause the clear cap keeps collecting a drop or so not a biggie but still leaking lol i keep rubbing it on me
