# How many sprays of IS/IH work best for you?

Please mention the strength of your Instant Shine and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) 🙂

I read some people get noticeable result with only 1 spray or 2, but seems like I am a high dosage person, I needed 4 sprays of I/Shine to see result from others. Just wondering if you girls need as much.

Yep - generally I use two sprays of double strength Instant Shine!

As for Instant Honesty - two sprays (togo bottle) to my neck and i’m ready to tell the world my deepest, darkest secrets! 😮 If I want to effect others - three sprays between my forearms and elbows seems to work well.

Another combination that seems to work really well is Instant Honesty and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) - 50:50 ratio! 2 sprays of each and I get really good results.

LOL I wore 2 sprays of IH on my neck yesterday. I felt so calm so relaxed that I didn’t want to do any work 😛, the urge to tell secrets didn’t hit me though. I will be careful when I try 3 sprays 😃 A girl asked me to go to have a meal outside with her, not sure if it was IH or it was just that she was craving for good food.  
And I will take your advise and try IH and IO together, hopefully my professor will talk to me more :o _fingers crossed_
