# How much Ammo x2 and Turn Up The Heat should I use at 44?

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but was wondering how much to use.😕  
I have ordered ammo x2 strength and turn up the heat was thinking of 2 sprays of of ammo to neck and 1 tuth to the chest when I go out im 44 and those were all I could afford at the time of order.  
any suggestions would be welcomed.

lol ive waited 44yrs and will be patient thanks for the info.  
as for the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) x2 I was told on another thread that at my age that might be better so ill be careful.

They always tell you to take it slowly at first but it’s never the case. Getting a new round of mones is like the first Halo game. No one read the instructions first, but rather slapped the game in and got their ass kicked initially.😃 Then they went to the instruction manual. LOL.

Just checked with dhl site and it looks like my parcel will arrive today 🙂  
Ill keep in mind all the advice so far and let you know what happens.  
Problem is I dont drink or goto night clubs so was thinking shopping centres and maybe cafes.  
Will let you know of any (hopefuly lots ) results 🙂
