# How much IS?

I’m just curious here, I know most of the people here use instant shine in combos, and I am as well, but in general, how many sprays do you use? I’ve been using 1 or 2, but am thinking about upping it to 4.

I have the double strength version, and I usually use 2 sprays. I’ve used up to 4 sprays a few times, and I’ve never really received any negative effects. However, I do seem to “crash” after a few hours where I feel a bit more tired than usual, and when I use really high amounts of IS(such as 4 sprays of the x2 version 😃), this crash is a bit more pronounced… so I just stick to 2 sprays.

I’ve only used 3 sprays max.

I think I’m going to up it…it’d hard to tell whether I’m getting hits or not.  
I usually use my pheros at work, but it’s starting to look like my work place may not be the best place to run my test because there is no tension at work…

Everyone is usually happy and easy to talk to whether or not I’m wearing pheros…so again it’s hard for me to notice the hits…+\_+…

I used 10 sprays from a to go bottle a couple of days ago just for the hell of it. Giggled a lot but to be honest, the hits from other people were no different to if I’d used my usual 3 or 4. Tell you what though, I used it around 6pm, by 10 I was definitely ready for bed, big crash!
