# How much mcgs are you using on average?

I understand you’d like to cut to the chase but unfortunately there are no shortcuts, Sam. I can tell you many sprays of each I use but that won’t really help you find what works for you. What works for you and the dose is very subjective. To find out what works best for you, there’s only one way…you need to find your own sweet spot. 😉 It takes time and a bit of patience but when you do\* then\* you’ll be able to properly combine molecules to use to your advantage. 🙂
