I’m just asking because I want to know if I’m putting on too much additional -none, or too little. I’ve heard that there’s a link between testosterone and -none production.

Based on that, I would say that I produce a lot of -none because:

I’m Black
I go to the gym often, do mainly bodybuilding/powerlifting exercises
Am quite strong for my weight
Take herbal supplements like Tribulus
Have a high sex drive

What makes me think I have little or no -none production is that:

I’m an ectomorph, and also only around 5’6
My index finger is significantly longer than my ring finger (which supposedly makes me more womanly)
I have a naturally beta attitude
Am not seen as attractive by many women

Given this information, would you say I exude a lot of -none or that I have a production deficiency?

To be completely honest, I don’t think anyone can answer your question. Are you hairless? Asian men are categorized as having not much none production due to their lack of body hair and their bathing frequency. What’s your diet like? Things like this affect how much none you produce and it’s seriously not something anyone can answer.

Just do your sweet spot testing if you want to know how much none you should use and spray on.

Edit: your beta attitude and not being attractive are actually directly linked and have nothing to do with how much none production you have.

If you are confident you are not beta and with that confident is something women find attractive. Simple as that.

As a Sport Science/Exercise Physiology/Biochemistry student I am able to say that you can never know how much androstenone your body is able to produce, hormones fluctuate all the time and it isn’t a constant thing.

What is considered masculine is having low body fat and muscle tone. To achieve that the body needs to have a high testosterone/low estrogen ratio level. If you have a hard time gaining muscle you’re probably not eating enough or the right kind of foods or you need to boost your testosterone levels.

You can do that by lifting weights (moderate/heavy 6 to 10 rep range) 4 times a week and concentrate on eating healthy fats, because fats raise hormone levels. I recommend this kind of diet to boost testosterone while on a training program, if you’re not on a training program don’t add the extra 600 in the formula:

kcalories(your weight in LB\*15+600), 30% of these calories need to come from fats, mainly saturated(30%) and mono-unsaturated(60%) fats. Take the rest of the 10% poly-unsaturated fats from fish oils. Good sources of saturated fats recommended are from red meat, whole milk. Good sources of mono-unsaturated fats are peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, avocados and olive oil. 25% kcalories from protein and 45% from carbs. Avoid vegetable oils and processed foods. Try this diet for 6 weeks and your testosterone levels will rise naturally, which might in turn boost your androstenone levels. If you need to lose body fat add 20-30min low intensity cardio 3-4times a week.

PS1: Genetics play a role, however you can change all this with training and proper nutrition. Tribulus hasn’t been proven by science to increase testosterone levels, it’s only able to increase libido, like maca. The only way to increase testosterone naturally is through diet.

PS2: I’m not an expert, however after losing quite a few %BF and increasing muscle tone I found I don’t need to use androstenone [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) anymore, just doesn’t work for me anymore, way too intimidating. MX297 works great for me or heavy androsterone with 1 spray of AMMO.

Hope this helps.

There is a link between testosterone and anone. Anone is a byproduct of it.

Generally you can estimate by age race and stature. Its really not so much height, science has determined your hypothalamus determines that way before your full grown. Its part of your gene expression.

The finger length studies were done more to determine a persons sexuality or to explain it however they were found inconclusive so I would not pay attention to that.

Having the ectomorph stature doesn’t necessarily mean you lack testosterone. Testosterone doesn’t determine your stature the human growth hormone does. I am not indicating you are deficient in HGH but there are many reasons some people produce more then others ranging from genetics to endocrine disruptors.

Your beta attitude is learned and not a result of your hormones. It wouldn’t indicate you make less testosterone. Many alphas men are quiet and peaceful. Leading has little to do with aggression.

As for women not being attracted to you. Have they told you this or is that just how you feel ?

If you have lots of lean muscle mass, are young (under 30/40) and black you probably make a fair amount of anone and should stay in the lower range with anone products. Older men can get away with using more.

Unlearn the beta tendencies. I know that easier said then done but it can be done and even if you just improve it can make a huge difference.

You can start with looking up body language on google and working on that. Verbal speech and pheromonal communication is not the only way we communicate. We communicate with our body language as well.

Of course until you get there you can use mones to control those signals. They only real way to know how much is right for you is to test it though. The above are just indicators to help you get a feel for your range.
