# how much tac should I wear?

Ik its ki d of trial and error but any idea’s? Will this help me get noticed bye woman? Were is the best place to spray it? Also its a travel sized bottle so its only 5mcg per spray. Ty

Yes, start testing from one spray of 5mcg-up and follow the Sweet spot guide.

However, TAC itself might not be too useful as a primary - Some of your other products are probably better suited there and easier to get to grips with. Once we have our doses, TAC is mainly used as a secondary to other products.
