# How much TAH or TAL do you use?

I’m not sure but I’m thinking that the doses of TAH and TAL that a guy can pull off would be a lot lower than what us ladies use… Kinda similar to how we can’t use more than a smidgeon of -none 🙂

TAL isn’t one of my most loved molecules I have to say… I’m very sensitive to it so I don’t use it on it’s own anymore. IS/a is fab, but I can’t use more than 3 sprays of Mx300 without good buffers because it turns me to a right royal Queen Bitch 😛

The TAH that I have is a 20mcg spray, and I use between 1-3 sprays depending on which mix I’m wearing and what effect I’m after, but that does make you _very_ soft & cute, so I wouldn’t recommend that for a guy 😉

I’d say ask the lads that have had a play with TAH & TAL… They’ll probably be better able to point you in the right direction with dosages 🙂
