I have used daily pheros for 3 months now. My favoritt both sexually and friendly is the AMMO. Regarding Turn Up The Heat, I find it to work very well on some of my friends and others nothing. One friend of mine always gets effected with Turn Up The Heat everytime I sit besides her in class. She starts stroking her hear frequently, strokes her neck and tighs and crosses her legs many times during class. It is very obvious for me that she is horny as I look for the signs through Turn Up The Heat. However, she is a very sexually girl so maybe it is a link there. Other girls who get affected are also sexual girls.. but the shy and closed girls I never see any changes, but their pants may be dripping wet for all I know. With Turn Up The Heat I found it best to have 1/2 spray on the wrist with no buffer and 1/2 spray on front neck close to the jaw line with buffers such as openness or honesty. With buffers I only use 1-3 sprays all depending on the situation. In addition, Turn Up The Heat increases my social postition as the guys seem to lower their dominance. I like Turn Up The Heat so far, and will continue testing it out. I have used this both going out, but also 8 AM classes without people seeming defensive of my smell. ---

Hi Thomas, I’m 40+. Do I also have to make do with “1 spray”. I’m targeting a 40+ plus married woman. She’s not very happy in her marriage. We have had some sexually suggestive talk. Will Turn Up The Heat help me get her into my bed? you can use more than 1 spray, each spray only contains 2.5mcg -none, but it is not buffered so i hope your target is the sexually aggressive type 😛 just don’t wear it to work. ---

Im 32, and 2 sprays worked great for me…your 20 so one should be enough for you…id recommend turn up th heat when you got some one on one time with a lady. To go out to mingle with the ladies ive never tryed turn up the heat…but id use alot of social pheros to buffer it a bit. Im stil yet to experiment it at a bar or club…i usually use ammo for that…seeing that its much better buffered.
