you can use more than 1 spray, each spray only contains 2.5mcg -none, but it is not buffered so i hope your target is the sexually aggressive type

Im 32, and 2 sprays worked great for me…your 20 so one should be enough for you…id recommend turn up th heat when you got some one on one time with a lady. To go out to mingle with the ladies ive never tryed turn up the heat…but id use alot of social pheros to buffer it a bit. Im stil yet to experiment it at a bar or club…i usually use ammo for that…seeing that its much better buffered.
