Hi guys, so I am new to the world of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). I was wondering, how often do you apply this stuff for a good result? Every few hours? Any info would be great, thanks! ---

Depends on the weather conditions. Most of the time in the summer, depending on how you sweat, typically 4 hours. Those are for spray products. For oil based, out here in the east coast lasts me 14 hours approx due to me being in an office all day, if you’re outside a lot and active 8-10 hours. It also depends how much heat your body disperses, level of fat, nutrition and diet. I’ll usually spray in the morning and if need be I’ll reapply in the after noon. However with work and play mixes being different I don’t usually reapply, it depends on the person and the situation. Usually its just 1 spray for reapplication. All you could need could be 1 spray to work for you, or you might need 3-4, it just depends on finding a sweet spot for your body. Steve has this in his sig, worked very well for me. Thanks Mustang! How about for mixes such as 297 or 301? How often would you say those need to be sprayed on? ---

P51Mustang’s advice is solid however [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) is akuto, not neroli. ---
