# How to and will it....

I have just recv my first supply of ammo and a complimentary gift of instant honesty…thank you so much… have some questions…  
How effective is ammo in the gym considering the body ordor level?  
How do I use instant honesty with ammo? Do I apply them in the same areas (both wrists, back of the ear down to the neck and chest)? Since I am 54 and could not get the double strength ammo due to none in stock how much of the single strength should I use? Does ammo/instant honesty work on one one one bases or do they only work in clubs and bars?

For you experiment is necessary. i think you can get away with a higher dosage than most because of your age. I currently apply them to my wrists and neck area. Instant honesty and ammo do work in clubs but you have to find what dosage is right for you. Maybe give it a try with lower sprays and work your way up in a workplace setting or coffee shop or a social place where people can make conversations with you or with who you already have contact with. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) works great for me at the clubs but i also have not tried it alone at the club.
