How do you apply AMMO and SHINE, I’m 17 ---

Definitely look for your sweet spot. I still havent found mine for Ammo, but I personally like to have my socials like instant shine on my arms as I get expressive with my hands when I talk. Keep in mind also that as you are 17, you are probably producing alot of natural [pheromones](https://a314.com/) already, particularly -none which is found in Ammo. It may take less Ammo to overdo it. As Rich suggested, start with 1 spray. Then try it with 2 sprays the next time. In fact, some people suggest overdosing on purpose, so you know how to recognize it when it happens later. (hope that all made sense) ---

(hope that all made sense) I swear, AMMO SUCKS!😠, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is ALOT better than AMMO…Basically what happened today made AMMO seem like shit, AMMO didn’t attract any girls and made other people mad and agitated things…I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT WHEN THEY SAY AMMO AND SHINE ARE THE BEST MIX…I sprayed 1 AMMO on front side of NEck and 1 shot on wrists and 1 shot on individual forearms, three in total for shine…and AMMO didn’t do shit…yet when i sprayed MX301 on my neck 3 hours after AMMO I got an instant reaction from girls my age or a little order, they would look at me etc.etc…I think they should commercialize MX301 instead of crap AMMO, I didn’t OD, HOW WOULD I EVEN OD? What you had there sounds to be a **CLASSIC** OD reaction, The thing you have to remember is that\* Ammo was **not** designed for 17 year olds,\* with raging hormones who are already producing a ridiculous amount of Androstenone. I’m telling you in a few years you will probably find that 2 sprays of ammo is the absolute shizz, but right now it’s clearly too much Androstenone for ya. In all honesty you might want to experiment with a half a spray of Ammo since we now suspect 1 spray will cause you to od. The second option you have is to attempt to “buffer” your ammo with a lot more instant shine, or another social product such as instant openess. The next time you go out wearing your pheromones try something like this combo: 1/2 spray Ammo 3-5 sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) The great thing about instant shine is that you can’t overdose with it, so if your experiencing some negative effects from your ammo then all you need to do is brighten up your mix with a friendlier pheromone. * * * **Edit:** Wait a second I just read your original message again… so just for clarification how many sprays of ammo did you put on? Polo, are you keeping a journal of your tests? It can be a very helpful way to track reactions to each combo, and with each situation/circumstance. ---

Did you use 3 of Ammo and 3 of Ishine or 1 Ammo and 3 Ishine ? Your 17 and dont need all that anone. Thats why you’re getting hostile reactions. Its normal with anone at your age. Use 1/2 a spray of Ammo and if you dont like the smell spray it to the back of the neck. This is probably the best spot for your age so you’re not huffing it all day and getting agitated yourself. Ammo is one of the best all round products out there in my opinion. But with any anone product you need to know what you’re doing to get the best results and also keep in mind that girl in your age group dont like anone much. Girls in the 16 tp 18 age group are very social and they can be nervous just like guys are. They respond best to socials because they are comfortable. Dont under estimate the power of the mixes we call socials to bring a sexual response. Comfort can go a long way in that department and sometimes is the only obstacle. Tisha. ---

Or I will use 3 Ammos plus 1 Shine and that works just as good. Keep in mind, I’m older than you, so this combo might not be effective for you, since you probably produce more natural pheromones than me. Good luck!
