# how to apply pheromones

hey guys,  
just ordered some IS  
giving it a try,  
right now im in the stage of experimenting how many sprays how optimal for me

just wondering for you guys  
where and how are the best way for the rest of you guys to apply ther [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)?  
i usually just spray my neck and leave it on there  
i heard of others spraying it behind the ears, on the forearems, or hair or something

share your thougths

I spray almost everything to my neck. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IS, IH, IO, IG…

IFM is probably the only one I spray to the back of my neck.

I use to try IO and IH to my hair but for some reason I noticed it’s not effective at all. I contribute this to my height, since women are generally shorter, applying the pheros to my neck usually will be more directly closer to their nose as I am talking to them or walking by them. Who knows if this is the reason why, but hey, it works for me.

jawline: a314  
behind the ears: used to do this with a314, sometimes still do  
front of neck: everything except for tuth (makes me sweat)  
side of neck: if i’m spraying a lot i’ll move some over to the side of my neck, or split it up between game/neroli scents, etc. tuth goes here so it doesn’t make me hot.  
back of neck: if i need to use ifm for comforting purposes i’ll put it here. my gf likes to nuzzle my neck and it’s basically a direct hit.  
wrists: the -nols and a314  
hair: -nols and anything that needs diffusion

Where is the best place to spray [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)? Is it the neck so you get self effects?
